Do I need special hardware?
No. It runs on Android tablets you already have. We also supply or connect receipt printers, kitchen printers, and CashGenic when you want a full till.
Will it keep working when Wi‑Fi drops?
Yes. The POS keeps taking orders from cache and queues them; everything syncs when the connection returns — so a busy service doesn’t stop for a router blip.
Can guests order on a kiosk?
Yes. Branded self-order for dine-in or takeaway; modifiers go with the item and the ticket lands on the kitchen display.
How do manager controls work?
Voids, price edits, history unlock, and force close need a manager PIN. Every attempt — success or fail — is written to an audit log.
Do you support Malta and Gozo?
